ABOUT JACK AND LINDA ... Lifelong NJ residents, Jack and Linda have combined their talents and expertise to form "The Magley Team" in order to leverage their clients' real estate experience, and are affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Madison, NJ. While his current focus is on residential real estate, Jack is a licensed broker who has owned and managed real estate companies, built and marketed new homes and condos, sold and managed investment and commercial properties, as well as having participated in land subdivisions and sales.

A Realtor since 1972, Jack was a partner in a family real estate company for 20 years before opening a RE/MAX franchise in Chatham. While with RE/MAX for over 25 years, he was a member of the prestigious RE/MAX International, "Hall of Fame", and holds the ABR, CRS and GRI designations signifying advanced training in the field of residential real estate. In 2012, Jack was awarded the status of Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors in recognition of 40 years of membership in that organization. He has also been named a 2024 Five Star Real Estate Agent, and is one of just 23 recipients from a pool of over 60,000 licensed agents in NJ to receive this award for 14 consecutive years.

Linda began her career in real estate in 1980 and received the "GRI" designation in 1985. After pursuing a career in banking, she returned to the real estate field in 2006 to partner with Jack. Linda's considerable banking and mortgage contacts as well as her attention to detail, organizational, sales and negotiating skills, has enhanced the level of service offered to their clients. Her flair for decorating has also been an asset to those clients having questions on how to present their home to look its best. Perhaps their proudest professional achievement is the high number of clients who have done repeat business with them, some with as many as double-digit transactions.
